1. Refund Policy
All purchases from JV are final, with refunds granted only for products exhibiting verified manufacturing defects. This policy is designed to protect customers while maintaining the exclusivity and quality of our custom modifications.
1.1 Eligibility for Refund:
- Refunds are only applicable if the product has a verified manufacturing defect. General wear, minor imperfections from modification, or issues resulting from misuse are not considered defects.
- The product must remain in its original, sealed packaging, with no signs of use, tampering, or removed tags.
1.2 Refund Request Process:
To initiate a refund, customers must visit the website’s Contact page and submit a request through the contact form. Please ensure to include:
- Full name
- Email address
- Order number
- A description of the issue
Upon receiving this information, Premium Hour will review the request within 5-7 business days. Following this initial review, we may request additional supporting documents, such as images of the defect and proof of address. Customers are required to provide this information promptly to continue the process.
1.3 Evaluation of Refund Requests:
Our team will carefully evaluate all requests based on the information and evidence provided. Refunds will only be granted if the defect is verified and the product meets the stated eligibility criteria. Refunds may be declined if insufficient evidence is provided or if the product does not qualify under this policy.
1.4 Refund Approval & Process:
If your refund request is approved:
- You will receive instructions for returning the item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Please note: Shipping fees and any associated return costs are non-refundable.
2. Warranty Policy
JV offers a limited 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering specific manufacturing defects. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
2.1 Warranty Coverage:
This warranty applies exclusively to manufacturing defects affecting the watch’s functionality. The following are not covered under warranty:
- Damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or general wear and tear.
- Cosmetic imperfections due to custom modifications.
- Repairs, alterations, or modifications carried out by any third party other than Premium Hour.
2.2 Warranty Claim Process:

Our team will review your claim within 5-7 business days and may request additional documentation, including photographic or video evidence. Approved claims will be resolved by repair or replacement at our discretion.
3. Non-Returnable, Non-Refundable Items
Due to the customized nature of our modified watches, all items are non-returnable unless they meet the criteria for manufacturing defects. Any returns made outside of these conditions will be rejected and returned at the customer’s expense.
